- Guatemala City ⇄ El Paredón includes a 2.5-hour stop in Antigua—not reflected in the total time shown.
- 23:35 showing up? That means we’re full for the day. Try another date.

Can I choose my departure time?
Shared rides run on fixed schedules, and departure times can’t be adjusted. If you want more control—like a later pickup, extra space, or a door-to-door route—our Private Rides might be a better fit.
What if I’m late or miss my shuttle?
Shuttles leave on time and don’t wait, so it’s important to be at your pickup point at least 15 minutes early. If you miss your shuttle, we’ll do our best to help—but we can’t guarantee a refund or a replacement ride on the same day.
Can I book a shared shuttle last minute?
Shared rides need to be booked at least 12 hours in advance. If you need a ride sooner, send us a message—we’ll check availability and do what we can, but same-day bookings aren’t guaranteed.
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a digital confirmation enough?
No need to print anything. Just show your WhatsApp or email confirmation when you board. You’ll receive all the key details after booking, including your pickup location, time, and a contact number in case anything changes.
What if I need to reschedule my booking?
Plans change—we get it. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours before your trip and we’ll do our best to move your booking. The earlier you reach out, the easier it is to adjust.

- We can’t make changes after 6:00 PM the day before your trip.
- Late changes may come with a rescheduling fee.
- Switching to a different route may also affect the price.
