What to Know Before You Go

A few things to know before you book your ride. Make sure to read all policies to avoid surprises on travel day.

Custom Pickup & Drop-off

We’ll pick you up and drop you off anywhere within city limits. Just add the address when booking.

Flexible Departure Times

You choose the time that works best for you. We recommend adding a buffer if you’re heading to the airport.

Booking a private ride gives you more flexibility—but it also comes with a few extra things to know. Here’s what travelers ask us most.

Can I get dropped off anywhere?

Yes! As long as it’s along your route, we’ll drop you exactly where you need to be. Just include the full address when booking so we can plan ahead. If it’s a remote or hard-to-access location, message us first—we’ll let you know if we can get the vehicle there safely.

Can we make stops along the way?

Absolutely. Whether you need to grab snacks, pick someone up on the way, or take a quick bathroom break—just let your driver know. We’re happy to keep things flexible as long as it fits within your overall route and schedule.

What if I need to reschedule my booking?

Plans change—we get it. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours before your trip and we’ll do our best to move your booking. The earlier you reach out, the easier it is to adjust.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • We can’t make changes after 6:00 PM the day before your trip.
  • Late changes may come with a rescheduling fee.
  • Switching to a different route may also affect the price.

Can I bring my pet on the shuttle?

Pets may be allowed on private rides for a Q100 / $15 fee, but availability must be confirmed in advance—please let us know when booking so we can match you with a pet-friendly vehicle and driver. Service animals are always welcome, typically for the same fee. A cleaning fee starting at Q150 / $20 may apply for any messes, including excessive fur.

Do you provide car seats for children?

We don’t provide car seats—but if you’re traveling with a child 4 or under, you’ll need to bring your own. Car seats are required by law, and for safety, we can’t make exceptions. And just a heads-up—if there’s a spill or accident during the ride, a cleaning fee may apply (starting at Q150 / $20).
