Secure Payment Options

Paying for our services is straightforward, and you have options:

• If you booked through your Hostel/Stay, payment is made to them.
• If an Agency assisted your booking, you pay the agency.
• For direct WhatsApp bookings, you’ll receive a payment link.

Please note that drivers do not handle payments, except for tips. Your convenience and safety are our priorities.

We value effective communication, and to ensure your inquiries and reservations are handled seamlessly, we prefer to communicate through our WhatsApp number. We offer two shuttle options to cater to your needs:

• Collective Shuttles: These operate at set times, connecting different locations daily.
• Private Shuttles: For more flexibility, our private shuttles are tailored to your schedule and can take you to destinations both within and beyond our regular routes.

Pick-Up Details

Depending on your departure location, your pick-up arrangements vary:

• For departures from Antigua, Paredón, and Panajachel, your hostel will be your pick-up point.
• If departing from San Pedro, San Marcos, or other lakeside towns, you’ll be informed about the pick-up location in Panajachel or Santiago Atitlán.

Group Travel and Capacity

Traveling with a group? No worries! If your group exceeds the capacity of our vehicles, we’ll ensure you travel comfortably by adding more vehicles or using larger ones.

Traveling with Pets

While pets are generally not allowed, exceptions can be made for certain routes and vehicles. Feel free to inquire about our pet-friendly options when reserving.
